Through multiple grants, the City of Charlotte was able to run several smart city kickstart programs in the neighborhoods known collectively as the North End. We project managed the Duke Energy Smart Home project, creation of The Nest community hub, implementation of mobile food pantry The Bulb and ongoing communication with the community. This project evolved into our ongoing leadership of the youth program known as The ChARlotte Experience.
