Good placemaking is all about designing for people. Easier said than done.  We have worked with Grubb Properties to create a unique placemaking process that is built around immersing ourselves in the local community to create designs that are rooted in the existing place and built on relationships. We will be traveling around the US (both literally and figuratively) with the team at Grubb to roll this out across their portfolio.
