CBI Binocular Wall

This project was a joint partnership with CBI Charlotte and Gensler. It began as a design competition for designers within Gensler's Charlotte office. The winning team developed the concept of using CBI's wall to tell the story of the importance of seeing others through a different lens. We worked with Osiris Rain to translate the initial concept into his own design.

To bring the vision to life, we hired a local contract to desgin and build one-way mirrored glass frames over the existing functioning windows. These frames were installed on slightly different angles to allow for passerbyers to constantly see a shifting reflection in the mirrors.
